I'm sorry but I'm highly upset. I ordered a birthday cake that I picked up today for my daughter's birthday... I wish I had opened the box in store instead of when I got home because then I maybe would have tried to see if they could have fixed it ... this was the cake I ordered ...this was the cake I received... I payed 50 dollars for a cake that looks like it was rushed through and not cared for ! Not the same color tone either...Not happy!!!!
This is an absolutely amazing store! Don't pay attention to old reviews. I have been going to get ice cream for the last month. Everyone has been so accommodating with friendly service and great ice cream, coffee and donuts. Donta found my favorite ice cream in the back freezer. I was so delighted that he went the exta mile. He is always friendly and accommodating!!!! They go the extra mile!!😁😉

Donta made my day! I wanted peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and he got a new one from the freezer!!! He is always so nice and friendly!!! Absolutely made my day!!! The manager is also wonderful! Thank you!!!
I love this neighborhood ice cream store! The manager, James, always goes out of his way to let me know when he's got my favorite flavor, Nutty Coconut, in stock!
