We have been coming to this location the past 2 months spending $50 to $60 dollars a week and from day one we had a slite issue with the drive through female Jenna all because we got ice water and it had another flavor in it, so we asked for another water! I finally said its all good just give me a bottle water! B & R's lost me and my family's business due to the fact they just raised the prices again and decreased the size of the scoops. I spent over $8 for a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae, and the ice cream only filled half the cup and they tried to fill up the empty space with fake whip cream. I can go to the grocery store and buy a whole gallon of better quality ice cream for under $8. Very dishonest. Sad to see the greed blinding the logic of the corporate CEO's. Good bye BR.
They have about 12 people working but it took about 30 minutes to be served. Gloves were not being used. Not to mention they only had a few ice cream options. Also, there Health sanitation grade was not posted anywhere, this is a requirement in the state of NC.
My hot fudge sundae had burnt fudge. The next had a hunk of ice cold fudge. Threw it away. Last time. They suck.
Wish there were more of them!
