Ice cream was super soft I asked for 2 scoop Sunday, more like 2 half scoops...extremely disappointed we asked for a few samples due to it was my nephews first time the guy that helped us said we only could have 3 samples, we have been coming here for years and every time we come things get worse I expected to pay more, but at least give us our money's worth! 2 stars is generous , ill drive to national city next time

Ice cream looks like it was taken out and melted and then put back in freezer. Taste grossed and as another stated, tasted chemically. Really disappointed since it was $30 cookie cake only to taste gross. Ac not working and was hot inside. Do not recommend the cookie cakes at least.
Walked in to this Baskin Robins location today and ordered a chocolate mint on a sugar cone. The ice cream tasted chemically. I told this to the young lady working there and she had no response. Didn't offer me a diffferent flavor or offer a refund. I threw the cone in the garbage and left.
Only Baskin Robbin's i have gone to that never knows how to make a good hot fudgde Sunday last time im ever going to this one
