Ice cream is good but they have a kiosk that has options for ice cream and toppings that don't exist. We paid extra for a topping they don't have. I ordered brownie ice cream that doesn't exist. Some of the staff doesn't know what they are doing or doesn't care or both. We did finally get someone who helped us.
Dirty place
I’m from the south and Baskin Robbins are easy to find. Living here in Massachusetts… NOT SO MUCH! And the corporate office is here in Canton, Massachusetts. Also who is over marketing? Shouldn’t there be more BR?? The ice cream received was good; however the employee did not know how to scoop ice cream, and he didn’t have the proper size of cup so I didn’t even get what I paid for?!
