I am writing this review to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience involving a custom cake order and the response I received from the manager, Jackie. I ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday, which was supposed to be red with a chocolate border and chocolate writing. Loved their vanilla ice cream, but isn’t Baskin Robbins always terrific?
I’m writing this review for the wonderful service I received here today! Normally whenever I crave ice cream in the evenings I’m met at other locations with grim workers who sometimes even ignore me. This location however, I was greeted by two upbeat workers who made friendly conversation with me and helped me pick out a good flavor for a freeze (which are really good)! I am writing to register a complaint about the Baskin-Robbins in the Madison Marketplace at 8894 Madison Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. I live less than 1 mile from Baskin-Robbins and have visited this store dozens of times in the last 12 years since moving to this area. I have never been disappointed.
