Door dashed banana royal last night. Any time I DoorDash they put the hot fudge on top of the ice cream in the same dish and everything melts. This time I called ahead to nicely ask them to pack the hot fudge and ice cream separately. I had to call 3x over a 15 min period with no answer. We have been a regular for years, not sure if the owner was working or an employee last name on Memorial Day, but customer service was at record low. We came in and barely got greeted. We saw they were busy and were being considerate and patient. After about 4-5 minutes of silent waiting he came up and we asked for a sample.
