I have ordered delivery on 3 separate occasions and each time Baskin Robbin’s declined our order because they were “too busy to do it”. Not even sure why they take online orders in the first place if they never fulfill it. Horrible
We ordered a reeses polar pizza through ubereats where it said it was available. The ubereats driver then got there and was told there wasn’t any of them left. Despite this they got us in contact with the person working at the baskin- robbins where we communicated multiple times we’d like a cookie dough polar pizza as a replacement (which they very clearly stated they had). They still somehow ended up giving the ubereats worker an oreo polar pizza after communicating thoroughly with me on the phone :(
Ordered food from Uber Eats. All the ice cream flavors were wrong. No one answers phone
