Just a few minutes ago we arrived to this location and did not get served because the employee was “too busy” (although we saw other people get served right before us). My family did not take this well and we are not coming back to this location.
I stopped in to order a brownie sundae, I am allergic to nuts and so I ordered one with no nuts. The employee working went over to the attached gas station and got a brownie, once again I made sure to ask for no nuts. The employee assures me there are none. I get into the car and start eating my sundae, the employee turned the brownie upside down to hide the nuts that were on it. Thanks Baskin-Robbins. I wish I could give this location negative 1000 stars.
They do not know how to hand pack icecream. It is a total joke and waste of money. Even when you ask for it to be done properly no one understands...
