Always great service when I go in there. Sometimes, the long might be long.
I left a negative review about the service and when I checked back they’d gone from a 3.5 to a way undeserving 3.7. Rude manager. Uninformed about their own products. Offered only problems and no solutions. Just terrible experience.
Worst ice cream. Expensive and low quality. All the flavors have ice crystals and seem like they have been there for months.
Place closes at 9:45pm. I arrived and was ordering at 9:15 and the young lady behind the counter was rushing my children to order because she wanted to close shop! Ice cream was great but customer service sucked!
