Been to this location several times and today ultimately proved my assumptions about these Dunkin employees being racist. I came in asking for a $50 gift card, which they have displayed right at the register. The cashier went to ask for her manager’s approval and came back to tell me they can’t allow me to purchase a gift card. Uninformed manager. Cash only. But no mention until it’s time to pay… after the ice cream is in your hand… Has no knowledge of the flavors, the fees, and no reserve to help customers. Literally rude and useless.
I got ice cream and a pint for a party and I had started eating it and then they were like oh u have cash, right? I was like no, I have card n Apple Pay.
