open 24??? both doors locked at 10:45pm. yet someone inside packing orders?? ridiculous he didn’t even look up at us obviously trying to get inside. wouldn’t answer the phone either.
Awful!! Me and my friend were trying to get ice cream. We got 1 sample and they ignored us for 30min. Finally we had enough, so we said excuse me very politely and they just looked at us and side eyed us! Don’t go there if you’re a student trying to get some ice cream!’
The day crew is amazing! They are very kind and patient. The night crew is awful. It seems like the night manager is the one who does not want to do anything. I was staring at buckets of ice cream (not placed with the appropriate tags) while he was telling me they had no ice cream. My rating will go up if they get rid of him.
