Great customer service
I would give them negative stars if I could. I just wanted to express my deep frustration and disappointment with this place. I placed an order on their app 21 days prior and selected a pick up time and date. My mom goes there to pick up our ice cream cake and at first they say "you were supposed to pick up 20 days ago" but then when my mom showed them proof of our order they changed their story and said corporate didn't send us the order. There were 3 cockroaches in the lobby
1 star is generous. Incredibly rude staff, and the cakes in the freezer are always inaccurately priced down. They don't offer any sort of discount or honor the indicated price at all.
My family and I have been coming to this Baskin-Robbins quite often and it had become our go-to spot for taking the family out for ice cream. At first there were a few minor inconveniences here and there, which we didn’t think much of. However, tonight was very disappointing.
