Young teenage girl closed 20 minutes earlier than the time posted for their business. Probably closed even earlier because she was already all cleaned up when I was there to pickup a DoorDash order.
Very disappointed … arrived here at 21:19 and they told me I couldn’t sit down … a friend of mine who I hadn’t seen in 2 years was supposed to meet with me there but we couldn’t meet because they closed down the lobby … pretty frustrating … would not buy ice cream as was not happy with the service … very disappointed … other shops close at 21:30 so maybe they should change their closing time so people who want to eat their ice cream there will know they can’t meet there … but I supposed if they lock up at 21:30 they will clo... read more
I went in there tonight and ordered Banana Royale with pralines and cream, ice cream, and caramel drizzle and whipped cream when I went home there was no ice cream in the cup it was full of bananas… I spent eight dollars on it… i’m a little disappointed
Writing this review regarding Evany! I had a long day and have been so tired and wanted to treat myself (and my roommate) to ice cream so I went down to baskin Robbin’s and right away was treated with a warm welcome, Evany was kind thorough and went above and beyond. I truly appreciate her! Normally when asking for extra whipped cream, previous employees seemed to not understand what that meant all while still charging for it. Tonight, as you can see, Evany broke the cycle of skimping on the whipped cream. Thank you!!
