I went in for a cappuccino ice cream and they claim they didn’t have any cappuccino blast…I felt like she just didn’t want to make it. They didn’t even want to take my order. Never again.
0 stars. Ordered 2 shakes and came to pick them up. The incredibly rude worker claimed they didn't have enough vanilla ice cream to make either of them. Theres literally 2 huge unopened containers of vanilla, im looking right at them. Asked for my money back since im not getting my order and was told I have to do it online. Avoid this location like the plague.
It would be 0 stars if that was an option. We ordered on Uber eats and we got a banana split. We then got a call telling us that they didn’t have that, and when we tried to replace it with something else, they were out of almost every sequential flavor we picked. After deciding to cancel and talking with Uber eats help, I was hit with a 10 dollar fee. They should have canceled the order for us and reached out saying they didn’t have the item, rather than us pretty much pay for it through Uber cancel fees.
Not all Dumkins are alike. Theymakea great cold brew!
