The men that work here are very attitude oriented! They aren’t patient at all. They rush their Job.
Took a break from this location because I stopped getting my frozen mocha coffees made as requested anymore amd unsure why since they were made great for so long. Lawrence thank you for ALWAYS smiling and being respectful but the quality of purchase is equally important and it's no longer up to standard.
Sometimes when I write my reviews, it’s not about making certain stores look bad—it’s about highlighting the differences between communities. I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, and they were out of basic supplies: no spoons, no napkins, and the place was a mess. I truly wish there was more effort put into the stores on the South Side, because the level of customer service is noticeably lower compared to other parts of the city.
