Honestly, this experience was really frustrating . Even though there wasn’t a single person in line, the wait time was unbelievably long ⏳. I stood there for nearly 20 minutes just to get a simple shake, which makes absolutely no sense 🤯. It left me feeling confused and disappointed at the same time. I expected much better service, especially with no crowd at all. Unfortunately, this visit completely ruined my impression of the place, and I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location again .
I just ordered ice cream through DoorDash and was delivered the wrong flavor so disappointed it seems like the workers are incompetent smh I asked for pralines n cream but got this instead

Order from them via door dash 3 times. Never give me the right order.
I ordered a banana split twice from this location and they sent me something else both times. The 2nd time I went up to the store after my delivery to complain there was no manager on site the employees said they didn't have any bananas. Instead of canceling the order or alerting the uber eats driver they just made me ice cream in a cup. The owner is never there.
