Asked for cappuccino oreo blast they gv me straight garbage paid $6.62 horrible no whip cream no oreo bits or fudge or caramel smh straight horrible
Honestly, this experience was really frustrating . Even though there wasn’t a single person in line, the wait time was unbelievably long ⏳. I stood there for nearly 20 minutes just to get a simple shake, which makes absolutely no sense 🤯. It left me feeling confused and disappointed at the same time. I expected much better service, especially with no crowd at all. Unfortunately, this visit completely ruined my impression of the place, and I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location again .
I just ordered ice cream through DoorDash and was delivered the wrong flavor so disappointed it seems like the workers are incompetent smh I asked for pralines n cream but got this instead
Horrible service!! Ordered through Uber eats they didn't even try to get my order close to what I wanted..drive thru same Horrible service
Order from them via door dash 3 times. Never give me the right order.
