Sold me expired ice cream and the guy didn’t know how to refund me so he said “we can’t refund you”, FOR UNOPENED ICE CREAM I just walked out with. Tell the owners to do better (you know who you are)
Picked up some pistachio almond ice cream and fudge and it did not disappoint! Such amazing ice cream. So much better than store bought. The owner was such a delight to talk to. He made my day! I got enough to last me almost a week! Will definitely go back!

Baskin-Robbins Manning Rd. got my order wrong. I specifically asked for chocolate cake and gold medal ribbon ice cream and got chocolate ice cream instead of cake. When I called, the manager said if it hadn't been cut into then they could do something but of course I had to cut into it to even know it was wrong. The manager offered nothing. I won't go back...terrible customer service. I could have picked up a couple of containers of premium ice cream for a fraction of the price.
