This store has amazing customer service! We ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, but we were ill and had to cancel the cake at the last minute. They were extremely accommodating and kind. We will definitely be ordering from them and giving them our business in the future!

Horrible customer service every time. They get mad at you for not knowing the flavors. Get new employees. You can be perfectly kind and respectful and they will still treat you badly.

if I would have seen the low reviews I never would have stopped in the first place. I have never really been to a dunkin' donuts but I've been to Baskin-Robbins and I think I do like Baskin-Robbins for the most part. I've always had good experience before. This little lady that was helping me was not the friendliest person I have met before.
