I stopped into today and was blown away by the customer service! Venus and Antonio were the two team members working, and they were absolutely awesome-some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it made my visit all the better. Five stars all the way!
Customer service is horrible Do not waste your time Staff there is very rude
This location is dirty! The spoons that they direct you to use are also where everyone puts their used sample spoons 🤮 also there are only 24 flavors, not 31. The staff is mildly unhelpful, and the flavors available were blah, in my opinion 🤷
I recently visited what must be the absolute worst Baskin-Robbins in existence. The moment I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming stench that could only be described as a mix of sour milk and despair. The trash situation was beyond atrocious - bins were overflowing with garbage, creating a mini landfill right in the middle of the store.
