Excellent!! Great costumer service, good timing & delicious ice cream We just Love Baskin Robbins, they actually put real fruit with real flavors & a combination of toppings like nuts, pistachios, & a lot of crunchy delicious staff in it We highly recommend this place, also location couldn't be better right on Indian school & the 101. So come enjoy your time having fun with your family and friends kids or whoever you like
Customer service exceeded our expectations. Our youngest chose her original ice cream because of the pretty colours and disliked it. They were so kind and replaced the entire ice cream free of charge, even though it was our error.
I ordered a cake online from this Baskin-Robbins and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! I asked if they could make a cake for me and the one I chose was a Valentine’s Day themed cake. I asked if they could make it a little more birthday-themed instead of the original love-themed design, and they delivered perfectly. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. All locations never answer their phone. I’ve called seven different locations and none of them answer the phone.
It's the day of my my brothers birthday and we always order the peanut butter and chocolate ice Cream cake days in advance. This is the 3 rd year now they have ruined the tradition. Last year messed up the colors and name. This year they text me day of and tell me all locations are out of peanut butter & Chocolate..... You lack customer service and thank you for the text the day of. Stephanie the store manager, dude empty your mailbox so customers can contact you!! Cold Stone here we come
