Worst service in the area. They had a bunch of people just standing around on their phones and the guy who took my order acted like I didn’t exist, then started talking to my male companion like I wasn’t standing there, and on top of that he didn’t even know how to work the cash register. All the men at this location must have night jobs as comedians because all they did was crack jokes at my expense. I expected better service.
The "DD" door handles are a bit confusing, but the Baskin Robbins is inside. Not every flavor is always gonna be here, but the staff will surely help you find something else to try while you are here.
This must be the worst Baskin-Robbins in the US. I ordered ice cream online from this store and paid in full for the order. When I arrived to pick it up at the drive through, I was told that they DID NOT carry the flavors that they sold and took payment for. They then refused to refund the money they took for products they don't sell! This issue caused me to enter the store and realize that I wouldn't dare eat anything prepared in this dump anyway.
