I visit baskin robbins quite frequently with my family. I've never been to this location.I'm not from the area. I ordered my usual , which is a two scoop sunday and was shocked when I saw the proportions provided. I understand that a sunday uses children's side scoops. When we walked into the store, the woman working behind the counter(HER NAME IS NAOMI) completely ignored us. She continued talking to someone and never acknowledged me or my husband, no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. We stood there waiting to be helped, and she still refused to speak to us or even look in our direction. It felt intentional and disrespectful, and it gave us the clear impression that we were being racially profiled. I love a classic ice cream spot and this Baskin-Robbins location is my favorite spot to visit. This Baskin-Robbins is nestled in the Town Gate Center just south of the 60 freeway and west of Frederick St., next to Sherwin Williams. They offer many ice cream flavors including rotating monthly flavors, pre-packed ice cream, ice cream bars and sundaes, ice cream cakes, and frozen beverages.
