Had a great experience coming to this Baskin Robbins. Service was super nice and helpful! Ordered a cake for my nephew about a week in advanced and the day I picked it up, it was ready and nicely decorated. I had no issues coming here and it was easy to place the cake order as well as the pickup! No complaints here!
I placed an order for a 9-in pancake ice cream cake. When I came to pick it up I noticed it was a little smaller than I was expecting. I brought it up to the workers and they were trying to tell me that style of cake comes smaller. I went home. I measured the cake and found out it was actually a 6-in cake and tried to tell them again. They again told me that's just how it comes out but when I went to go compare it to their other nine inch cakes, you can clearly see the size difference between them. Our go to spot! Great customer service
I visit baskin robbins quite frequently with my family. I've never been to this location.I'm not from the area. I ordered my usual , which is a two scoop sunday and was shocked when I saw the proportions provided. I understand that a sunday uses children's side scoops. However, What was given is not standard at any location?I have visited over the years. When we question the employee , she stated that that is the standard size scoop.
