There's only 1 guy here who knows how to make a milkshake. Everyone else fills half of the thing up with milk so you're drinking 60% milk and barely get any ice cream. I came home and dumped an entire medium milkshake because it tasted like just milk and made me sick after two drinks. A milkshake is supposed to be thick and creamy, not straight milk. EDIT: 5 years later and this still holds true. And the price is about double now, ridiculous that I’m paying almost $10 for straight milk.
Came here with my kids to celebrate first day of kindergarten. And my youngest accidentally ordered the wrong flavor. I was disappointed when the teenager employees basically told me oh well. I would have to order and pay for a different scoop. Taking my business else where.
My daughter and I had a great experience thanks to Alajah! She knew all the flavors and made sure she took her time with us. Can’t wait to come back and get my milkshake! The store was also clean & good music.
