Although there were 5-6 staff members in the store nobody even seemed to notice me even though I was the only customer in there. The people who work here seem miserable and all need better management.
They are the worst when it comes to deliveries. They don't have the flavors for 2 Pre Packs and purposefully don't cancel the order on Uber Eats making delivery guys go on and on, even though they know they can't full fill the order, they just refuse to cancel it for some reason.
Disgusting service. I went with my family to order ice cream, and the guy did not use gloves which caused him to touch the inner side of my cup lid multiple times. His fingers smeared the ice cream on my lid which I found to be nasty because that same lid touched my ice cream. He also touched part of the ice cream as he scooped from the container. All in all it was unsanitary. They also don’t listen well to your orders, and are stingy with the sprinkles.
