Baskin-Robbins is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will never order ice cream or a cake from them again. They ruined my daughter’s birthday cake. I ordered a pizza-shaped cake two days in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they claimed I had placed the order that same day. This is one of my favorite stores. Customer service always on point. Prices reasonable. Go as often as I can.

Very bad service I ordered an round cake suppose to serve about 6-8 people, they charge me over 40 dollars just to get the order wrong and give an box cake, made an complaint and all they tell me wait for their manager on the weekday then someone else told me come the next day to speak to the manager. Very unprofessional no one is on the same page with one another they are all over the place. The cake doesn’t taste good as well taste like straight coffee🤦‍♀️

Although there were 5-6 staff members in the store nobody even seemed to notice me even though I was the only customer in there. The people who work here seem miserable and all need better management.
