Very bad service I ordered an round cake suppose to serve about 6-8 people, they charge me over 40 dollars just to get the order wrong and give an box cake, made an complaint and all they tell me wait for their manager on the weekday then someone else told me come the next day to speak to the manager. Very unprofessional no one is on the same page with one another they are all over the place. The cake doesn’t taste good as well taste like straight coffee🤦♀️
Although there were 5-6 staff members in the store nobody even seemed to notice me even though I was the only customer in there. The people who work here seem miserable and all need better management.
They are the worst when it comes to deliveries. They don't have the flavors for 2 Pre Packs and purposefully don't cancel the order on Uber Eats making delivery guys go on and on, even though they know they can't full fill the order, they just refuse to cancel it for some reason.
