On September 14, 2024, I placed an order online for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store located at 1993 Atlantic Avenue, the employee stated that they never received the order. Despite receiving an order confirmation and my credit card being charged, I never received the order and the store refused to refund me. Order 2799002.
I ordered through this location on Uber eats. After my order was made, the courier called me and handed the phone to a staff member who told me that not only did they not have the ice cream flavor I requested, they only had 4 flavors available to choose from, in direct contrast to the multitude of flavors available through the ordering platform.
