I ordered online, went to the store and they told me they were missing ingredients. They compensated my ice cream but didn't even give all the flavours I payed for! Do better!!
I ordered Baskin Robbin’s on Uber eats and had the worst experience. Not only were there items missing, they sent the wrong flavors, and the scoops were tiny You can tell whoever tended to my order really didn’t give a damn. Avoid the Lafayette location at all costs. You’ve been warned.
The day I went they had no vanilla ice cream, nor did they have any cones. How is the possible? There was an issue with me birthday scoop redemption and the owner was very rude & dismissive. I will never go back there again.
Disgusting!!!! Same empty ice cream containers sitting there for months and the few containers with ice cream is OLD, STICKY, SLIMY and STALE!!!! BYER BEWARE, someone is going to get sick.
