The service here was very nice and the staff was very respectful. The reason why I am giving them such a low score is because of the ice cream. Half of the ice creams have no tag or wrong tags. I just ordered a triple scoop along with some other items. I thought I was getting mint chocolate, gold ribbon, and cookies and cream ice cream which I've had in other stores no problem. The asian lady is sooooooooo rude!!! Unbelievable!!! Don't ever shop there, she is a disaster. She did not want to answer my question, she is horable! If I could give minus stars I would......never seen such ugly behavior!
I hate when stores do this. Please update your hours. It's 10:30pm & they are closed. Please update so people will not waste their time & effort
The staff are rude and they will talk bad about you and what you order. I ordered a frozen coffee and they gave me a nasty colored coffee with zero sugar. I would not recommend this place at all.
Walked in at 9:30 p.m., was told they close at 9:30 p.m. and was asked to leave. Either Google lied about this establishment being open until 10 p.m. or you got an employee closing up early.
