Horrible. The fridge/ freezer has been out of service for 2 months. Barely any ice cream available. The servers are lazy. This baskin robbins should be shut down.
I ordered old fashioned butter pecan ice cream and they gave me some nasty weird flavor with cookie dough chunks mixed with chocolate chips instead. I don’t understand how they can make a mistake like that. Whoever was working the late shift must’ve been lazy and careless.
Hello. I first asked for a one scoop of strawberry ice cream on a sugar cone and he went straight for the sherbet. After we said, “No, no, no the strawberry please!” He proceeded to give me a ginormous scoop of strawberry ice cream. We then asked for a sample of mango ice cream and he said, “We dont give out samples anymore, but for you, no problem.” He then handed us a sample of blueberry ice cream.
