Why does it say 24 hrs if both the drive through and store is closed? There’s always a person in there. This is every time I come here

Unfriendly staff. Ordered a large milkshake and it tastes watered down with bits of ice in it. Is ice cream shake that's worth $12 really supoose to have crushed ice in it .?
