Very disappointed with my experience at this Baskin Robbins. I placed an online order, selected specific ice cream flavors, and paid in advance — only to arrive and be handed completely different products. No one called me to notify me that the items I ordered weren’t available. There was no option to cancel, change the order, or transfer it to another store.
