Yo I just newly signed up for the baskin robins app and got the welcome scoop. Perfectly fine right? Gf did it and got her scoop and I tried but they said “doesn’t work” I tried again since my screen was dark so I tried and they said “doesn’t work”. So either they mf are lying to not give free ice cream for signing up or they mad stupid. Fire these people from 4:00 pm Wednesday July 31st. Just fire the guy without glasses. The guy with was chill
Terrible service the staff needs to be trained Customer service is awful
Slow service I guess they are unstaffed. Milk shake was mostly milk. Needed more ice cream.
