I'm in the hospital and after being here for 2 months I wanted something to cheer me up. Would not honor the free welcome scoop from the baskin robbins app. Would not say why and were pretty rude about it.
I don't understand how a business phone number is someone's personal cell phone. When I need to call for having a problem with door dash, no one answers and the voice-mail sounds like someone's cell phone. For over 20 years I occasionally get a caramel blast that's made with jamoca ice cream, last time they made it, the ice cream they used had nuts. Glad I'm not allergic to nuts. But these people sure don't care.
If I can do a minus -0 I will rate it that, I made an order on door dash and these people refuse to answer the call. After I was told by the delivery person they don’t have what I want. I want my refund. I do not like their customer service.
