I want to get some ice cream earlier today. The lady told me I had to pay for it if I was gonna rob them. And they looked at me, really weird, I felt super discriminated, and I think it's disgusting. But they didn't tell the white people that they had to pay. First, this is so disgusting management will be hearing from me and the owner will be hearing from my lawyers. This is disgusting.Indian people you're black to get over it

My review is solely based on the employees as they often have an attitude when assisting certain customers. I do understand the frustration of customer service as there is typically 1 person in the front assisting customer. I also understand that sometimes people may be overworked. However, if people that mirror your ethnicity walks into the store and your demeanor changes to more upbeat and positive, and when brown folk walk in, we're ignored and discarded, this is not acceptable behavior.

This place truly BLOWS. The only thing consistent is that they never get my order exactly right. They didn’t even deliver it last time but the app said my two scoops — such a complicated order!!!!! — were delivered. Unbelievable how they consistently have staff who clearly don’t care AT ALL and simultaneously never enough of any one product. Don’t waste your time or money! Too many of my late night cravings have been foiled by this pathetic excuse for an ice cream shop. Ugh!

Ordered two custom cakes for my daughter’s birthday party and both came out exactly as requested. Begum took our order in person a few days before I needed it and even called me to confirm and clarify when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. The app didn’t work for me for what I wanted and I did have to make a trip to the store in person to speak with someone. But when I did they were very helpful. Pretty sure she charged me a few dollars less than what it would have been had I ordered through the app. All in all a good ex... read more
