This place truly BLOWS. The only thing consistent is that they never get my order exactly right. They didn’t even deliver it last time but the app said my two scoops — such a complicated order!!!!! — were delivered. Unbelievable how they consistently have staff who clearly don’t care AT ALL and simultaneously never enough of any one product. Don’t waste your time or money! Too many of my late night cravings have been foiled by this pathetic excuse for an ice cream shop. Ugh!
Ordered two custom cakes for my daughter’s birthday party and both came out exactly as requested. Begum took our order in person a few days before I needed it and even called me to confirm and clarify when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. The app didn’t work for me for what I wanted and I did have to make a trip to the store in person to speak with someone. But when I did they were very helpful.
