My sister and I went in there for ice cream and all was well until we were sitting down and a roach climbed and crawled up her leg and it was a roach and one of the workers admitted to seeing the roach beforehand by the utensils that are used to scoop the ice cream
Ordered door dash and after 3 delivery guys were dispatched I finally get a call from the store they dont have any of the ice cream. Second time this happened.Management should really look into this.Losing money is not good business.
Dirty bad service
I was prevented from using the bathroom to wash my hands to eat a meal I bought from the store. This is completely unethical, even though the bathroom is available and customers will not be allowed to use it. I do not think this is acceptable at all.
Very poor and slow service.
