Tonight 05/22/2025 at 9pm I visited this store to get a banana split. One of the employees the one that was cleaning to be more precise, started talking to his colleague in his own language as soon as he heard me ordering. He continued talking and laughing in front of me the whole time, which made feel very uncomfortable. This is such an inappropriate behavior.
They got my ice cream flavor wrong, gave me cranberry juice instead of root beer, and I found a HAIR in my ice cream. Come on, guys.
I placed an order for a birthday cake a week ahead of the pick up time. Yet when I came, not only did the employees not know what was going on and take 5 mins to ask me my name for the order. But also I received a completely wrong cake. They gave a cake from the fridge! No happy birthday blue writing like I had asked for and ordered! And I ordered an Oreo cookie cake…. Staff is rude and the cones were out and uncovered. They have no sundaes no extra condiments. Nice donuts choices. Fresh and soft. Quick service
