The manager was very disrespectful and unhelpful. When I asked about using my discount, they refused to assist and dismissed me instead of providing proper customer service. Very disappointing experience. I don’t recommend.
Don’t order from here , the lady so disrespectful also all her employees ‘ they speak to you like if you not human. Also just for free scoop ice cream you have to order online and pick at a certain time . They speak to kids very disrespectful and watching people as if they going to steal for the meal they purchase . It’s sad .
The manager is unprofessional and discriminated me. Refused to take my coupon for a free scoop of ice cream. He then went and told his employees not to serve me. Don’t recommend at all!
I place a pick up order for 2 single scoop ice cream, and sent my husband to pick up and only gave him 1 of the two. 😤
