Ordered a cake online 4 days in advance, called three times on pickup day for no answer, travelled to the spot only to find out they don’t make their cakes in house, some random bakery they don’t know the name of makes the cakes and delivers them to the store. I asked if it will be delivered on Friday, the day it was supposed to be available, they said no. I asked about the next day they said no.
