Shady workers and very unsanitary
I went to the Baskin-Robbins today 06/18/26 at 4:24 pm to inquire about children getting a free ice cream scoop for earning A's on their report card. The man at the counter said he didn't know. When I asked if he could call a manager to see. He said he couldn't because the manager is a mom and she is probably with her kids. Very poor customer service experience. I merely asked a simple question and he refused to call the manager to ask. No, the store was not busy and I waited until there was nobody in line to ask a question.
The cashier was friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond in customer service.
