The employees have nasty attitudes and act like they don't want to be bothered to do the bare minimum. They'll get your order wrong and then laugh in your face. Seriously, save your business. Go somewhere else.
The worst service I've recieved at this place. The people who served my husband and I gave us a smaller amount of icecream than was usually served, my hot chocolate was extremely watery and they only gave 1 bagel bite when I know the order comes with 3 bites... all for $17???? What a complete waste of money! 😣 The other Dunkin near Aldi may burn your food sometimes but they at least give you the quantity you're supposed to get, and I get a good creamy hot chocolate from them. ordered ice cream and got my order wrongg. when i tolld him it was wrong the worker threw the icecream on the ground in front of me and ran out of the restaurant.
I have avoided coming to this location for over a year because of horrible, rude customer service and ridiculously long wait times. Gave it a chance after they repaved their parking lot, hoping maybe some improvements had been made in professionalism as well. No such luck. We ordered a unicorn creation and were asked to wait in the curbside pick-up parking spot while they took care of the vehicle behind us.
