This location has got to be the WORST Baskin-Robbins on earth! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Also, their ice cream is freezer burnt! They make you feel like you're DISTURBING them when you come in. Actually I thought they were closed down. Whenever I drive by there's never any cars in the parking lot. Thankfully, they have a soft serve ice cream store directly across the street. They have BETTER ice cream and customer service!!
I don't know how this place stays in business with Jimmy T's right across the street! No one wants your corporate flavor here! Go away!
Bad customer Service. Walked in to buy but the associate walked away without saying anything. Waited for them. Helped another lady who came after me. When tried making sure she heard me right in what I was wanting as there was too much noise going on employee in a condescending tone said she knew what she was doing. When I told her customer service was bad , she walked away without helping me after I had already paid and asked another employee to help out. I then took my money back and left. Will never visit this store again... read more
