The young man working there was so helpful. He even carried out my purchases to the car!
I’ve always been a huge fan of ice cream, but the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this Gainesville location is on a whole different level! The combination of peanut butter, chocolate chips, and rich ice cream is absolutely to die for. Beyond the treats, the staff here is incredible. They are always smiling, generous, and provide wonderful customer service. As someone who also works in the service industry, I truly appreciate the hard work and kindness this team shows every time I visit!
A bit trashy inside.
I’m a Dubai chocolate fanatic & couldn’t wait to try it at B&R! I have never been to the Gainesville location & decided to get it there. I went in & ordered it & the lady looked extremely confused. She looked around & goes Idk how to make it but I’ll try. I asked if anyone could assist her & she said no.. someone was in the back but they were busy.
