We have frequented this Baskin Robbins often over the years, but this past year Ive noticed the serving sizes have drastically decreased. I just cant spend the money on such a pathetic amount anymore. I like to support local businesses, but if Im paying over $7 for 2 scoops of ice-cream I atleast expect decent sized scoops. This is just outright pathetic and I will not be back. Doesnt even fill half the cup. So disappointed.
Love this place. The owner is great. Ask her, and she'll suggest her pick of the day. She loves helping the kids earn money. They have a stand at the Farmer's Market in Haymarket. Be sure to tip kids!
Really nice facility, clean, friendly, and very welcoming. Jacob Fox, a server here, has great customer service. Gave me very thoughtful scoops of ice cream. The little things matter, great community at this Basket Robbin’s, and I prefer Bruster’s normally. Service made me want to revisit.
The young man working there was so helpful. He even carried out my purchases to the car!
