Overpriced and bad service depending on the person you get
Was there yesterday girl behind the counter was kind and helpful to me and my sister yesterday. She wanted the Dubai cup and I had a ice cream on a cone that cracked but wanted it anyways and shs gave me a lil discount for that. Would go again.
Avoid this location if you expect quality control. My ice cream was served melted and soft, and the management's response was essentially 'too bad.' Their logic was that because I took a bite to see if it was melted (which it was), they couldn't replace it. Terrible way to treat customers. I left with a cup of chocolate soup and a headache from the lack of common sense.
