Today was my third or fourth stop at this stunning location. However, once again, l was made to wait for so long that l ended up leaving. What's an acceptable wait time? I don't believe one should be standing at a doughnut and ice cream shop for 10 to 15 minutes before being waited on especially if no one else is there. The employee literally went on break and left us just standing there while she took her break so this location isn't sufficiently staffed because there was a 20 car lane for the drive thru. I love Baskin Robins.
Came into ask about the Dubai chocolate ice cream. Thought it would maybe be with all the rest of the ice cream. No the response from the employee was it's not out here... Okay I guess they keep it in the back? And the girl just looks at me weird and is talking shit to her coworker like why is this guy asking questions about something he wants to purchase.
