Employees are too busy socializing with their friends to help customers. Dont go here. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't give 1 star but have to give something to review.
One of my favorite BR's. Saturday night girls are the best. Super friendly and helpful. But most importantly, they make the most awesome milkshakes!!
Went into store about 12:45 AM, Saturday. Wanted a dish of ice cream. No one behind counter. There were people at the donut counter on the other side of the store, but no at the ice cream counter. Gave up and left! P
The night manager is so nice.
