Commending outstanding customer service by KoKo! He pleasantly greeted us in the drive thru and welcomed us with positive energy and kindness, wanting to make sure we were 100% satisfied, also had a dynamite personality and such a great spirit! We were very indecisive, ordering for kids, etc.. he was so kind, patient and funny. It is not often you find this service these days, and I thought it was worth leaving this review to commend KoKo! Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins is lucky to have him!
