Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter and prepaid before arriving. Scheduled pick up for 11am so called to make sure the cake was ready for pickup since I would be arriving 20 minutes early and I was told it was ready. One of the worst! They no longer have non dairy and say it's seasonal only now. If summer heat of 100 degrees is not the season , tell me when is? February?!?! What a joke!!!
I am an Uber delivery person. I went there this morning. This is November 12, 5 o’clock in the morning to pick up a simple milkshake that they refused to Give me at the drive-through, even though there was no one there. I understand the policy of not handing things out the window because it gets confusing, but there was no one there at that time of day.
