I rarely write reviews, but my visit to Baskin-Robin was absolutely the worst. Customer service was terrible — the store was practically empty, yet the three employees barely interacted with us. We ordered a banana split, and after choosing the center flavor and sauce, the employee handed us the plate without the banana, claiming they ran out — something they should have mentioned before preparing the order. Completely unacceptable service and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
I don’t who works here but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make one drink when only one car was in front of me and the building is empty. Terrible service

Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter and prepaid before arriving. Scheduled pick up for 11am so called to make sure the cake was ready for pickup since I would be arriving 20 minutes early and I was told it was ready. When I walked in, I was greeted while I walked in the door. Then, ignored for 5 minutes (like I wasn’t even standing there). One of the worst! They no longer have non dairy and say it's seasonal only now. If summer heat of 100 degrees is not the season , tell me when is? February?!?! What a joke!!!
