I ordered a cake for a family member, just to have them drive out of their way to pick it up and not only was it not ready but they didn’t even acknowledge the order or provide any other solutions, they were extremely dismissive and rude and essentially told me to figure my refund out on the “app” or “however I ordered it.” It is so disheartening to have such good intentions only to have them ruined and dismissed by people who clearly do not care at all about their costumers or their experience.
Don't order your cakes here. Their cake person will be a no show and they won't bother calling you ahead of time to let you know they don't have a cake for you until you get to the store.
I have to agree with other reviewers...bad service from a bunch of rude kids and they were out of spoons. So I asked what am I supposed to eat my sundae with and they gave me a taster spoon. Ridiculous .
Never have Mangonada or Cappuccino Blast......
