I am done going to this baskin unfortunately. Me and my boyfriend go very frequently, at least twice a week, to get milkshakes. More often than not the shakes are so thin it is just really expensive chocolate milk. When you ask them to fix it, which we have to do almost every time, they are mad. If the manager is there they will try to charge extra for more ice cream. I'm sorry but I am not asking for extra ice cream, I am asking for a shake to not be $8 chocolate milk. From now on I will go to DQ.
Just two young girls talking together and didn't even bother checking to see if they had any non dairy ice cream, then they lied about the lobby being closed.
