They never have anything, as far as ice cream! They charge you for items you don't have!

The receipt reflects "Carl" however I was served by a blonde female early 50s possibly. I ordered a small cappuccino blast with whip cream and cinnamon made with pralines vs vanilla ice cream. The lady did not tell me the total just to pull up. When I got to the window she asked what I ordered. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I repeated my order as she entered it for the first time. Did not receive my orders from this trash store and I haven’t been able to reach a person
Their menu completely sucks. This location is shared with Dunkin and the menu is split but their flavored ice creams aren't listed which makes its difficult to order. They need to be able to list the ice cream they serve clearly on the menu.
