This is literally one of THE WORST baskin robins ever I just had to spend nearly 15mins to deal with just some ice cream. If you think this location has the flavor you actually ordered online then think again. Your time and money will be much better spent at another location or better yet a real ice cream shop. This location only offers headaches and inconveniences.
They never have anything, as far as ice cream! They charge you for items you don't have!
Went today and they asked if I was their for a door dash order ,I said no ,I want to order.Now I was standing by the ice cream one of the girls looked at me was on her phone and walked to the back on her phone,now I'm still waiting to order ,then a young lady comes in they are like may I help you,now while she's ordering one of the girls tells the other server well you have to be on this side to order ,I said y'all seen me standing here and nobody says anything! The receipt reflects "Carl" however I was served by a blonde female early 50s possibly. I ordered a small cappuccino blast with whip cream and cinnamon made with pralines vs vanilla ice cream. The lady did not tell me the total just to pull up. When I got to the window she asked what I ordered. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I repeated my order as she entered it for the first time.
