My family comes here every so often. We visited on memorial day 2026. "Ellie" helped us get ice cream. She was very sweet and patient and helpful with my little ones picking their flavors. Everyone working today has been busy. The store was slow while we were there, but nobody was sitting around. One guy was sweeping and mopping, while others were serving us then prepping donuts. Young folks showing great work ethics. Glad we come here.
What I wanted vs. what I got… Wasn’t anything near Dubai chocolate, was literally the almond pistachio ice cream with a crap ton of almonds and hot fudge in it. It came in this huge cup and the ice cream tasted like it had coffee pods in it with those griddy, nasty chunks of “chocolate.” We came up to the window, paid, waited at the window for about 3-5 minutes, then someone else came to the window to ask if I’d been helped, I said yes, and he told the other people what I was missing.
