They never have dairy free ice cream anymore.
How does a place touting 31 flavors only have 8 out in the middle of summer in the middle of the day? And the worker was rude. Worst location I've been to by far
We weren't greeted when we came in which is fine but what gets me is that when we went to say hi they didn't even respond or acknowledge us. The workers just seemed annoyed. I get that people have bad days but I also work customer service and it's not hard to just be generally polite to people. Also gave us a milkshake that was basically just milk since they didn't put in enough ice cream. At the very least they remade it.
Just visited the store today Sunday May 11, 2025 between 8:15pm and 8:30 where there was a huge line. The two girls working did amazing. They were quick, courteous and patient with people trying the flavors. They deserve 10 stars. My 4 star is the for the lack of quality with the ice cream.
