Baskin robins is good. But the people working here don’t actually speak or understand English; they keep guessing what you said… giving wrong orders all the time.

My daughter wanted to go Baskin-Robbins for doughnuts to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived we waited to be served at the counter and then my daughter made a selection of a dozen donuts then I paid for them. Then my daughter asked about the ice cream so we began looking at the new flavors of ice they had to select from. Went through the drive thru on 11-01-25 at about 11pm. The lady on the speaker was rude because I asked for a large sundae and she said we don’t sale large we have three scoops. I politely told her thats what I meant to say and she told me well you didn’t say that. Then I kept telling her I wanted extra hot fudge, whip cream and a cherry. I didn’t get any of that.
