DoorDashed from here TWICE today. First order I got 2 flavor flights and they gave me tiny scoops of all the wrong flavors! So we tried immediately again, but this time tried to order just 2 double scoop bowls and they only sent me one bowl! Lots of money wasted and I can’t comprehend how they got not 1, but 2 ordered so wrong back to back like this.
Evansville Baskin Robbin’s- Ordered online pick up and went through the drive thru. I could hardly hear the lady on the intercom because she was speaking so fast but I assumed she told me to pull around after she got the name on my order. I waited at the window for about 5 minutes and then she hands me my scooped ice cream in bowls even though I ordered two cones and said very fast “we don’t have the cones” and shut the window before I could even respond. Sit down for this comedy show. My coworker and I decided we were in need of a sweet treat and we both did online orders from this Baskin Robbin’s. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they never received our order and was asked if I ordered it at the correct location??? Once I was adamant that I was sure I ordered it at the only Baskin Robbin’s in Evansville, they magically found our orders but told me they had none of the flavors we ordered. Okay???
