Worst place ever to buy a cake. I placed my order at 11am. Pickup was at 3 pm. Was payed off. When I arrived the girl at the counter was so rude, and asked what I wanted . I told her im picking up my Dubai cake and she said we have no more Dubai cakes. I told her mine was placed st 11am , pickup is 3pm. She argued that there were no more cakes available. She refunded me. But not the point. I had a birthday and where was i supposed to find a Dubai cake. I was upset. Not a good business.
Stopped in to get my family some ice cream shakes and as soon as you start ordering, you can sense that they dont want to take care of you.. as if 5 shakes is too much to ask for... very UNWELCOMING atmosphere and im pretty sure the two taking care of us were the managers. They act as if they are paying for our shakes and if its a burden. Never coming here again, dont recomend it at all. PS: they weren't even busy.
This is the 2nd time that the night worker with an Indian accent has intentionally sent out the wrong order and then attempt to argue with me as if UberEats doesn't show the order that was placed. For the $25 I paid for 2 QUARTS of ice cream, that’s EXACTLY what I should receive but instead because the employee that’s working is too lazy to fulfill the order and go to the basement to grab the desired quarts, he sends 2 single scoops of whatever ice cream flavor he chooses to.
Hours are not accurate. Went out of my way to come to this location expecting it to be open and was disappointed.
